  • Public Liability Insurance covers you for any Legal Liability for injury to third parties or damage caused to their property.
  • Employers Liability Insurance is a cover required by law for any person or organisation that has employees; it provides protection against your legal liability for injury to those employees.
  • Business Interruption Insurance or loss of gross profits cover is to help protect your income following a material damage claim. 
  • Building Insurance covers damage caused occurring during the period of insurance by one of the following: Fire, explosion, lighting, storm or flood, escape of water, riot or civil commotion, malicious persons, Aircraft, Earthquake, Impact, Theft, Escape of oil, breakage or collapse or aerials and trees. Cover may also be extended to cover accidental damage and subsidence.
  • Contents insurance indemnifies you in respect of damage to the contents in the premises following theft, fire, explosion, lighting, storm or flood, escape of water, riot or civil commotion, malicious persons, Aircraft, Earthquake, Impact, Theft, Escape of oil, breakage or collapse or aerials and trees. Cover may also be extended to cover accidental damage.
  • Glass and shop frontage insurance cover will protect you for breakage of fixed glass, damage to window frames fittings and displays, damage to sanitary ware, and damage to fixed signs canopies and external blinds at the premises.
  • Money Insurance will indemnify losses such as, in transit, at any of your sites of contract in business hours, in bank night safes, in your private residence, and at your business premises in a safe overnight.
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance provides protection for claims brought against you or your business due to your professional negligence.
  • Legal Expenses Insurance is for legal costs you may incur as a result of a claim made against you for such claims as Employment disputes and awards, Property protection, bodily injury, Statuary licence protection, Contract Disputes, Tax Protection.
  • Contract Works Insurance (also known as contractors all risks) covers the permanent and temporary works executed in a contract and the materials used as part of the contract work.
